Ingredients:
Baby Potato – 250 gms
Garlic – 25 gms
Oil – 20 ml
Chilli sauce – 2 tsp
Cajun Powder – 2 tsp
Chopped onion – 3 tsp
Chilli powder – ½ tsp
Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Chaat Masala – ½ tsp
Chopped coriander – for garnish
Salt – to taste
Method:
1. Put the garlic in the mixer and
make a paste out of it.
2. Pour oil gradually in the mixer to
prepare the garlic mayonnaise.
3. Mix the mayonnaise with Cajun
powder and chilli sauce. Cajun sauce is ready.
4. Half boil the baby potatoes. Press
the potatoes into round shape and deep fry.
5. Mix chaat masala, chilli flakes
and chilli powder. Sprinkle it on the baby potatoes.
6. Pour the Cajun sauce on the top of
the potatoes before serving.
7. Garnish with chopped onions and
chopped coriander. Serve hot.
