Ingredients:
- cucumber slices - (the slices must be 1" in width ) designer cucumber slices can be done with the help of zigzag peeler...
- carrot (grated) - 1 pc.
- cabbage - ( shredded)- 1pc.
- capsicum - (fine juliens)- 1pc.
- onion - finely cut.- 1pc.
- mayonnaise - 2 tsp.
- salt/pepper - as per taste
- mint leaves for decoration.
- mix mayonnaise , carrot, capsicum, cabbage, onion, salt and pepper.
- arrange cucumber slices in a plate, use the mixture as topping.
- garnish it with mint leaves, and serve chilled ....
