FOREST SHOTS. (NEW VERSION OF BLACK FOREST CAKE)

INGREDIENTS:
  • CHOCOLATE CAKE SPONGE- (CRUMBLED)
  • WHIPPED CREAM ( RICHI'S WHIPPED CREAM) u can use amul fresh cream also... 
  • CANNED CHERRIES- 1 tin.
  • CHOCOLATE SHAVES-( 100 GMS)
  • CHERRY SYRUP..( u can use the canned cherries syrup only)
  • ICING BAG WITH STAR NOZZLE
  • FRESH CHERRIES (for garnish)
  • SHOT GLASSES
METHOD:
  • arrange glasses in a tray. ( preferably shot glasses)
  • add one layer of cake crumbles, 2nd layer with the canned cherries, 3rd layer with the whipping cream , sprinkle some cherry syrup and layer it repeating the same. once you finish layering , top the dessert with whipping cream with the icing bag bearing star nozzle.
  • garnish it with fresh cherries and dark chocolate shaves
  • serve chilled.
