- baby tomato - 10-15 pcs.
- paneer- 100 gms (grated)
- mix nuts ( cashewnuts, raisins,pistachios)- 15 gms
- salt/pepper
- garam masala
- tomato- 2pcs
- onion-1pc
- cashew nuts- 10 gms
- ginger/garlic paste- 15 gms
- red chilli powder- 1tsp
- coriander powder- 1tsp
- dry mango powder- 1/2 tsp
- kasuri methi- (powdered)- a pinch
- fresh cream- 2tsp
- coriander(chopped)- for garnish
Method:
for the tomatoes
- scoop out the flesh of tomatoes from inside gently
- mix grated paneer, mix nuts, salt and pepper and a pinch of garam masala together.
- fill the mixture inside the baby tomatoes and keep it aside
- grind toamtoes,onion,cashewnuts into a fine paste
- head oil in a pan , add ginger garlic paste and the tomato paste
- cook the gravy till it leaves oil, and then add all the spices
- once its cooked, add the fresh cream, you will see the gravy starts leaving oil on its sides
- your gravy is ready.
- now add the stuffed tomatoes in gravy , and cook it for 5 mins, cover the pan with lid so that the tomatoes gets cooked , dont vigorously stir the gravy , baby tomatoes are tender , they easily get cooked.
- arrange the curry in bowl and garnish it with coriander and leftover nuts.
